Very comfortable, very beefy, very attractive.
The Good:
The action is very smooth on PB washers, came with excellent lockup, the CF scales certainly catch your eye, and the balance of the knife is excellent. Ergos are better than PM2 with more smoothed edges, detent strong but not overly so.
The Okay:
It's a bit heavy if you're used to smaller pocket knives, blade stock is pretty thick, the CF scales have no gripping texture to speak of, the pocket clip is standard spyderco and not that deep at all.

Excellent value for the price, superb build quality, a few small quirks.
Excellent build quality, blade is thinly ground for excellent slicing. The CF handles provide a nice quality feel with good chamferring which makes the whole knife fit very comfortable in hand. The blade to handle ratio is very good and the cutting edge is nearly the whole length of the blade!
Excellent wire clip which is reversible. For the price, this is a very well rounded and very desirable EDC.
The action is not free-swinging like a PM2 and even with break-in may not be quite the same. With a lot of flick and holding the compression bar you can get it just about closed. Might improvce in time. The compression lock cutout is shallower than some like a PM2, so closing this repeatedly more than 5-10 times and the tip of your finger starts to get very sore. Not as much of a fiddly knife.

Great knife with a few quirks.
This is a great knife in many ways: a great value, with great steel, great construction, VERY smooth opening, nice blade finish, great warranty, great upgraded axis lock (no omega spring), and the bronze finish is mellowed from the original bright bronze. The blade to handle ratio is great, it's absolutely incredible how slim this knife is and disappears in the pocket.
What's not great, the clip is often viewed as a detraction, there is one popular knife clip maker that makes an absolutely excellent deep carry clip for this knife, order one when you order this knife, simple as that. Your fingers can easily rest on the axis lock during opening which can slightly impede the action, this will likely be less of an issue the more you use this particular knife.
The one ugly thing about this knife is somewhat of a nit-pick, if you want to fidget with your knife, open-close-open-close-open-close, which you absolutely want to do with the action being so smooth and the axis lock being so excellent.... if you want to do that, the hardware (nuts) for the thumbstud and axis lock buttons do wear on your fingers after a little bit and is no fun. This is a non-issue unless you really like to fidget with your knives that have great actions, which this one does. Some have commented that your fingers get stronger in time, meh.
For what it is, an integral with a great blade steel, thin, easily fixable pocket clip, it's hard to pass up and worth considering!
