  I want to say that this seller’s integrity is amazing! Before I even knew there was an issue, I was notified that I was receiving a full refund. Apparently the shipping people were an issue and it meant that either there was going to be a long delay or my order might not arrive at all.   I ordered the wrong hand reel by mistake and the seller cancelled the order right away for me when I reached out. Great service on the Seller's part.
