Jane Fonda's Workout challenge is awesome.
This is the best video ever and my favourite. I hope this video will be re-issued on DVD.
You have to set aside 90 minutes. I end my week of workouts with this video. It is a challenge - but its a lot of fun and you feel great after you do it. She works your body - arms, legs, waist line - challenges your balance - the aerobics routine is 20 minutes but goes by quickly since it is a lot of fun. Yes the video is over 30 years old - but it is a lot of fun to do and you get a great workout. This is important - exercise videos must be fun otherwise we will stop doing it.
