Should have bought the one with a plug
2 of 2 found this helpful This thing works. The problem is with the batteries shifting and it losing power or cutting out. If you can sit there and watch it, pushing on it or squeezing it to get the batteries back in place when it starts to slow down then it's fine.
It also has trouble with larger bottles like the badger primers. After you buy the batteries it costs about the same as the version with a plug. I would go that route, unless you tend to paint in the wilderness and need the portability.
