1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this to replace a failed, 1st generation unit. The hot water tank on the first one was made out of plastic (not a good idea for the storage of hot water) and it began to leak under my sink. Not a good thing! They say this unit has a stainless steel hot water tank so we will give it a try. Instant hot water is a nice thing to have around the kitchen but leaking water under the sink is NOT. Hope this one is more reliable than the first generation...
