Disappointing
I should have read the product description better but the extra features like being able to lock and unlock from your phone requires an additional device that I do not have. Keypad does not have a light so it’s hard to punch in the numbers when it’s dark. The lock I received had a big crack in the main plastic part but that did not affect the functionality. Biggest complaint is that the batteries run out VERY quickly. I’ve had to replace the batteries every week since it’s been installed. My prior lock lasted 2 years before I had to change the batteries. Not impressed with this lock!
