Well constructed with all the pieces needed to install.
1 of 1 found this helpful I installed one on my other bike, and when we got another bike, this is the unit we chose. 1/2 hour to install with only one step that involved thinking..You have to bend SS straps to the seat tube, which allows this unit to be of almost universal fit.
I sprung for the model with the spring bar to hold things on the rack. It is definately worth the few bucks more.
