Nice die-cast decorative item!

This modified item is a rare bird indeed IF you can find one, but the original unmodified version is a fairly sturdy very decorative item with lots of detail, especially if you don't have the resources of say, Jay Leno, to buy and maintain one of these pieces of steam-age art.

94 Suburban Silverado 454 with four wheel drive

I bought this Suburban from Euromaster Cars in Anaheim. They advertised it as being like new and it was exactly that. Shortly after purchasing it we moved to Kentucky from California and it performed flawlessly. We encountered snowstorms which required using the four wheel drive and that performed perfectly as well. The car is extremely roomy and comfortable, in that respect it compares favorably with our '07 Pacifica at one tenth of the cost. The only unfavorable aspects to this vehicle would be a lack of CD player from the factory (this one came with an aftermarket unit that works well) and of course, the gas cost when gas prices are high which I believe is not too bad considering this vehicle is intended for carrying people/cargo and towing heavy loads. In my opinion the 454 is much better for this purpose than the 350 motor. The newer Suburbans with the Vortec motor may perform better but you will certainly pay more. If you have a big family or tow/haul things and you're on a budget these Suburban are well worth looking at - just make sure the one you're considering is in good condition and hasn't been abused.
