Nice mic, works well, great condition

Not stiff enough to secure a heavy radio
Easy to install, but keep in mind that it will NOT reliably support a radio as heavy as the ICOM IC-706MKIIG. The gooseneck is somewhat stiff, but a normal amount of driving over bumpy roads that sways the car a bit will cause the gooseneck to tip and bend. I had to steady it by running a bungee cord around the radio and the rearview mirror, and that doesn't always keep it from falling over. Be prepared for this. It might work fine with a much lighter radio.
