Good head,
I like these heads. They work well for doing brushes and light snare jazz work. It adds an interesting texture and reduces overtones. They kind of chemically react with stuff so don't leave a vinyl music binder on it or it will stick.

Not The Best
The locks work well enough for things that aren't valuable. The tolerances aren't very precise so you can be off a few digits and it doesn't matter. Sometimes randomly scrambling the dial and then flicking hard right while maintaining shackle pressure will open them but not always. The casing is thin and seems pretty fragile.

These blades work good for me. I use a couple of Weishi butterfly razors and they cut close enough without the burn. You don't need 4 or 5 blade cartridges to get the job done.
