The seller put the word "Universal" in the item description, though it's not printed on product bag. I opened it, but it was missing components at both ends to fit to the very machine it was made for. When I brought it up I was told: "If you google the product, you will see that its official name is CPAP Universal 6 foot tubing." So... when buying from this seller, be sure to 1) Google products first 2) NEVER open bag, try fitting items with bag still closed or no returns! Amazon from now on!

We have sold dozens of these tubings with absolutely no problem and have received great reviews on each sold. The product that you received was exactly described and pictured in the ad. You chose to tear open the see thru bag and then expect a refund. If you saw through the sealed bag that it didn't match what you had, you should have not torn the bag open and then sought a refund
