Very positive. Order was delivered to incorrect address - not the Sellers fault, but the PO''s. Seller followed up and resent another one, for free. They definitely made it right, which is all I wanted. My dog ADORES a good brushing with this tool...and we get enough hair to fill a pillow!!! Yuck! El producto llegó abierto y derramado en el empaque. Le escribí al vendedor explicando la situación e incluí imágenes a lo que nunca respondió. Es una falta de respeto ya que se paga por un producto nuevo incluyendo el envío y el mismo es uno que protege el producto. No lo recomiendo para nada. Gasté mi dinero y no obtuve mi producto

To me, this cream doesn't look as original authentic item; I previously had a few of them and this tube has very different print on it. It was also delivered in very bad condition: the packaging was torn and the plastic tube was bonded.I did contact the seller three times, but seller never got back to me.I am requesting the full refund.
