I made an honest mistake thinking that the box was included in the picture, but it was just the angle, it was the manual next to the game in the trey. I contacted the seller to try to find a solution, even offering to return the item for only a partial refund. The seller closed the case without even trying to come to a solution. Very disheartening, I regret buying this so much.

Though we understand your disappointment that you were unable to reverse an insured, international purchase due to your regret, it is unfair to leave a negative feedback for an otherwise appropriate sale. The item was sold at a fair price and matched the photos provided. You did reach out to us. The return was denied. If you are disappointed, I understand. Leaving a negative mark is inappropriate for the reason listed. The return policy clearly does not cover "buyer regret". Please remove.
