Love my Samsung phones, but for the first time (after seven) I have one with a defect.
Phone was everything I had hoped it would be, great screen resolution, good battery life, 5G, calls sound great and works great, until, after two or three days, the touch screen will quit working. It is very random and does not seem to matter what I was doing, heavy use or no use at all. The first time it happened, I panicked and it took several hours to get it to do anything. Then I discovered, if I restart it, it will work fine again, until...
I have already gone through Samsung's trouble shooting chart and did a master reset, but the touch screen still stops working. Will be sending it in soon for warranty repairs. Just waiting on my next phone to arrive.
