Not the miracle I was hoping for but it helps
Perhaps I would have been able to provide a better review if I had this cushion when my condition was at its worst. (periformis syndrome and bursitis in hip). Terrible pain in my sit bone, which was somewhat mitigated with physiotherapy prior to receiving the cushion. It is beautifully made, and I appreciate the indent for the tail bone as I have broken mine twice. The reason for my low rating is that it would be more comfortable if the front edge was more tapered, having only one seam, or even only a fold. As it is, that double seam at the front edge is uncomfortable where it ends near the top of my thigh. It also could be deeper, as it doesn’t even cover a dining room chair. Although it does provide some relief, if this cushion was made deeper, with a thin front edge it would perform better
