Perfect replacement for lumbar adjustment on R320 CDI left hand drive.
It took a minute to figure out versus the original that had broken off with parts left in the seat. Fortunately I was able to get the metal retention pin/spring as this handle doesn't include a replacement pin.
You install the pin around the outside of the barrel of the round piece so it sits in the recesses in the sides. That is what actually clips this into the seat.
