The cap is the best quality of this product.
1 of 1 found this helpful This brand pencil does not whiten nails well. I used Sally Hansen similar pencil product for years.
This one does not compare. This pencil just barely whitens nails , with several repeated applications. The effect is not staying for more than part of a day.

Cheap Chinese Junk
This is a piece of cheap Chinese junk. The clip will break off if you look at it the wrong way. I ordered two and I've gone through both of them in a week. Don't waste your money or time.
