Last time I buy cheap imported equipment !

It Didn't fit ! I mean it bolted up and being what I consider a great mechanic I had to make a lot of adjustments and cutting the choke lever just about off along with the removal of the carburator cowl to allow clearance for all of the linkage for the governor set up ! I will be the only one who will know how to operate the machine now ! The machine is a cheap imitation of an American made product( Briggs and Stratton , Techumseh etc etc ) and the issue is the old carburetor self destructed in less that a year, I bought the thing at what I thought was a good deal , and will never do it again ! I will not burden E-Bay by having to send me cheap parts ! I will however use E Bay for more great deals along with the great prices they can find ! Thanx again E bay but import cheap parts are off my menu !!!

Shop Vac's have always been a great product

My mom who's 88 years old uses it for everyday chores because of it's size and performance . It was 15% cheaper on line than my local retailer and shipping time was not an issue. BUT !!! When the Fed Ex guy delivered it there was pieces floating around in the box and when I opened it one of the power cord resting mounts was broken into 2 pieces. Now this is not a show stopper and with some super glue and Permatex sealer I seemed to have fixed it and seems to be holding just fine , the point is the product speaks for itself , but the shipping procedure or packaging issue should be re evaluated. I live in a very remote area so going back and forth with the shipping people is a hassle and if I would have went to the retailer I could have checked out the integrity of the product right on the spot.
