    Tortoise enclosure arrived sooner than expected and was in good condition with all hardware. It was very easy to put together. The price was reasonable with free very fast shipping. The enclosure did have a strong chemical odor however this was mentioned in the packaging instructions. We put it outside in the garage for a few days and the order has dissipated. I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend the seller.

    The drain was titled as an offset drain, but is actually a centered one. Seller was open to accept the return or to work with me on a offer that would be acceptable to both of us. The item didn't have any shipping issues, it was new, and is totally usable as long as you want to be center drain. I would recommend the seller, despite the wrong description as it is customer focused and aiming to keep positive experience to the clients
