There was one SMALL hiccup but seller was rapidly answering questions and more than happy to help me take care of the action I needed to make it right. It was just a matter of going through the correct procedure by updating firmware to connect the module included with the scanner. I didn't know how to do it correctly. Thanks

  My package arrived as promised. The only thing I have a problem with is the packaging. The $350 scanner was in its case but the case was not in a protective box. It was in a plastic bag that you can clearly see that it took some bouncing around.
