Usable but not my favorite
I’ve used a DuraScoop for years, so I may just be used to it, but this stainless steel scoop is a bit smaller and shallower but enough so to render it less effective for my use. Also, since it is formed with square corners at the leading edge, it bites into the rounded corners of our cat box too much. I bought it because stainless steel is more durable than the cast aluminum DuraScoop, but its functional limitations may force me to buy another DuraScoop.

Finally a new high-quality old-fashioned weeder!
This is just what I was trying to find. It’s a very nice rugged weeding tool. The handle is comfortable, the blade is stiff and sharp, and the shaft is contoured well for leverage. If anything, the blade might be a bit too wide when weeding between close plants, but I’ll take that trade-off to have such a nice tool. I’m sure I’ll buy a few more now that I found these.

Buy this bargain!
I bought a few of these to use with a shop vac on our hardwood floors. They fit the standard plastic 1-1/4” hose extension tubes, and the bristles are plenty soft enough not to scratch the floor finish. I always use them without the wheels. The wheels are easily removed by simply tipping them to the side and then wiggling them out of place. I have been very happy with them and may buy a few more spares just to hoard.
