  New paperback book as described. Slightly cheaper than others on eBay. And although it arrived just within the delivery time quoted, it was 2 weeks before it was despatched, when I asked the supplier if it was on its way, the response was curt and with attitude; customer service not a high priority. I wasn't bothered how long it took, I just wanted to know if it was on its way, I'll choose a different supplier next time.

  This is a seller I have no hesitation in recommending and I would purchase from them again. The item was exactly as described and very well packaged. The item was not delivered within the suggested time frame but this was most definitely not the fault of the seller. The seller responded to my query of the delayed delivery politely, promptly and professionally.

  Initially reached out to the seller and the item came within the time frame given. The seller was very patient and calm about explaining everything to me. As for the package , it arrived in perfect condition and the packaging itself was not damaged in any way. No scratches on the book or anything , very good quality overall both packaging and book wise. The pricing was very fair too compared to other book sellers factoring in free shipping. Would recommend again!

  Item as described and well packaged. One problem I encountered was the delivery, the courier left the parcel at the wrong address and it took me a while to locate it. I contacted both the courier and the seller. The seller was very helpful and quick in responding. I definitely recommend the seller.

  The first book did not arrive by the due date, a new date was given by eBay but it still did not arrive, and appeared to be lost at Evry's hub. Contacted the seller who immediately sent a replacement that arrived within a few days. Excellent condition and well packaged, posted this time via Royal Mail. Happy to recommend this seller for their service and book selection.
