WOPA+ is the World Online Philatelic Agency, an international online philatelic agency representing over 45 postal administrations selling stamps & philatelic items at their official prices. WOPA ships items worldwide.
How orders are processed

WOPA+ works as an intermediary between you, the customer, and postal administrations and sellers around the globe. Our aim is to provide a good shopping experience for collectors and enthusiasts alike by housing everything they are looking for under one roof. Orders are shipped to customers from each Postal Administration within five business days of receipt from WOPA+.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All orders from WOPA+ Stamps are guaranteed, handled and shipped to you directly by the issuing countries. Please note that a nominal shipping fee is added for each shipment. For example, if you buy three different countries you will receive three separate shipments. See our shipping fees section on our website for additional information.
