There's better options out there.
1 of 1 found this helpful This anvil is fairly low priced, and therefore you get what you pay for. It's okay for the starting blacksmith, but it will deform over time, especially if you work Steel. That should go without saying since this is a Cast Iron anvil. If you're willing to drop cheddar on an anvil, you're better off spending a bit more and getting a steel anvil of the same size. The iron rusts pretty quickly, the manufacturer did put a grease coating on the top face to keep rust off, but in the state of Florida, the moisture in the air is enough to do damage. Do I recommend the anvil? I guess so, it depends on what you are using it for.

Very open tone, Not my favorite pack of strings
I use an Agile Les Paul body guitar, I switched from a Heavy Slinky top to these 10-52's to see if I would like them.
I don't mind them, but they're too tinny for me, and they rattle a lot on my guitar. I think these strings would be better suit for a Strat body type instead of a LP body.

Fun little toy, it is REAL copper.
I'm satisfied with this product, it spins for a long time, it's heavy but not too heavy, and it's a nice shiny piece of machined copper. It does what I need it to do.
