YOGA IS GREAT FOR THE BACK
I supplement my regular workouts with this CD.... It is perfect for what I need. I have 6 levels of metal in my back and another 3 levels in my neck... It helps me to keep flexible and helps me with my balance.... Great CD for those with Back problems.

6 of 8 found this helpful A WEEK INTO OWNING THE SD ADAPTER AND MICRO SD AND IT WORKS GREAT. I AM GLAD I PURCHASED IT. THE PACKAGE CAME QUICKLY AND IT TOOK ME SOME TIME TO PUT IT IN MY NEW T2, BUT I HAVE IT IN AND IT SEEMS TO WORK JUST FINE.
