no bleach lifts like this!
5 of 5 found this helpful Trust me i have had 9 strands of my hair tested with an array of bleaches promising to lift 3, 7, even 9 levels...this is the only bleach that was strong enough for my hair yet gentle at the same time. It's strong so your going to have to watch it. I went from a level 1 yes 1 to a level 9 in only two applications... then i used a silver toner and my hair is damn near platinum
