What a let down
I used this color for at least 5 years before it was discontinued in my stores. I know exactly what color it should be. Instead of a smokey lavender, it is a deep purple/bright violet. More metallic looking than the soft, smokey lavender.
The first time I washed my hair all the color came off except around my scalp which is still the violet/purple.
In addition to the color being totally wrong, it has been very harsh on my hair. It has left my hair feeling like straw. What I always loved about the original product was how it conditioned my hair. This actually feels like it baked my hair.
I ordered two boxes, but I doubt I will use the second box. This is such a disappointment because I loved the original product that I used for many years.
