  The item I received was not true to the pictures that induced me to buy the item.The item I received was much darker and less attractive and the carving was not as distinct as the pictures shown. It was sold as a one off item and should have true to the pictures. The seller offered refund but this will cost me about $80 in postage's and lost GST or replacement which will cost postage with no guarantee I will get the item I was expecting. Very disappointing sale

  The Toki is absolutely perfect. It is exactly what I wanted. I can’t thank you enough for this wonderful quality item. My only complaint is the amount of time the USPS took to get it to me once it reached the US. They sent it to the wrong city, and it took an extra four or five days to get to me. But that does nothing to diminish the wonderful service and product you provide. Thank you so much!
