3 of 4 found this helpful This bench does not leave enough room for your hands to safely return the weights after lifting to the holding posts. Many times I have pinched my thumb knuckles between the bar and the post cradle parts trying to set the bar back down. This design can cause serious injury to your hands. There is about 4 inches of grip space per hand. If you don't land it perfectly you are going to crush your hand possibly causing permanent damage.
