In my opinion....
I have had the benefit of installing Windows XP several times that is why I consider it easy. It requires quite a bit of work getting it up and running.
It comes with internet Explorer 6 installed while you need internet Explorer 8 to run most of your apps and even be able to down load them.
When you do a Windows update you will get Windows Internet Explorer 8 as part of the update -- that's fine but you have to be patient and stick with it.

Relief
I take half of a pill at the onset of acid reflux and within a couple of hours it is subdued.

Up and running
Price and delivery was very good.
Installed without any problems (breaking old connections a little difficult) and was up and running within an hour..
