Works as Intended
It appears to work as intended...to lesson the strain on the muscles and tendons in the area on either side of my elbow when I play competitive sports (including water volleyball).

Works as Intended
This does the job and is what Tektro recommends. It is supposed to be a special formula for use only in Tektro hydraulic brakes. But, other than a different color, I am not sure it varies from much less expensive standard mineral oil.

Careful: Photo and what was received do not match
The photo is of a skull hooker (mounted on a wall and an European skull mount is attached to it). What was received was a plastic cap that fits over a skull.
