It works as promised, ALMOST...It does not have proper profile as the original does...
This was stated to fit my 2011 Rancher with 4x4, PS and ESP. While it works it is not what Honda suggests for the Rancher. This has to be used thru a hole in the skid plates on the bottom and is hard to use. A deep well 8mm socket on an extension with 1/4" drive works as well, maybe better. The correct Honda Part fits on the Shift Shaft and allows for shifting thru the side panel. WAY EASIER...So while this worked, I would spend a little more and get the right part.
