Replaces the OEM part at much less cost
Exact replacement for the original. Price was about one third the price listed at the last place I ordered repair parts for a different unit.

It did not work in a two cell flashlight - failed to connect between cells
There is a problem with the connection between the two cells in a two cell flashlight. The metal on the battery inside the case does not extend far enough to meet the back of the other cell. It's a great idea but it simply did not work when you have two cells in series as in any two cell flashlight.

They have a reasonable run time in a 1000 lumen 7W flashlight
