Missing 11mm spanner
These are good quality and the flexi- ratchet enables you to get into tight situations and get good leverage. This great product is let down by not including an 11mm spanner whic is the one that is probably the most common one found on autos etc Why on earth include a 12mm spanner that nobody ever uses.

Highly recommended. quality product for sore feet and increaed comfort.
Suffering from sore feet was driving me to distraction. I bought these as a last resort. They were a little more expensive than some of the alternatives. Within 24 hours I had noticed a massive improvement in pain levels. The heel is really chunky and supportive, as is the bit which lifts the arch of the foot. The ball & toe area is aerated and is made with activated carbon, so it keeps fresh. The blue gel tred stops the insole from sliding around. I am a size 9.5 and these fitted my gumboots perfectly without trimming. I can honestly say these are so good and helped with my feet so much that I have bought them for all my shoes. Highly recommended.

Poor quality, short lead, to expensive for what it is, not genuine
2 of 2 found this helpful The listing had a picture of a genuine Dyson charger. The item sent was not genuine and the quality was far inferior to the genuine charger. The cable was about half the thickness (power rating) and half the length (way too short). I really could not recommend this to anyone. Yes it works but that doesn't match its price.
