QUALITY BAD only because of POOR DOCUMENTATION!
First, the one sheet MANUAL provided is NOT in English. The TWO tiny schematics provided are woefully poor and NOT related to my Controller! The Rain Bird Site is of little help too... It's as if RAIN BIRD wants your landscaper and gardener to make the profits because all megar Rain Sensor documentation is definitely NOT consumer friendly.
Even my original R.B. 'Module Controller Manual' did NOT show the "Rain Sensor" connections!
While GOOGLE shows a few PHOTOS of this Rain Sensor, NO connection info is shown for 'my' RainBird Modular Controller.
In fact IS, it took LONGER to PROPERLY CONNECT the TWO SENSOR WIRES than it did to install the Sensor, it's conduit and it's line/cable!
The R.B. Site does show a few PHOTOS of the Rain Sensor, but NOTHING about connections to my Controller! Booooo.
Finally I ACCIDENTALLY discovered the tiny "Sensor" terminal BEHIND the large ribbon cable. Now all appears to be working fine after connections there.
Overall this was a UNHAPPY experience ONLY because of a LACK of decent documentation ~ and THAT part SHOULD have been EASY for Rain Bird because they don't make that many controllers!
I honestly doubt if RAIN BIRD cares enough about actual CONSUMERS to FIX this problem AND even if SOMEONE shows them this poor review ~ I suspect it will be "business as usual" for Rain Bird with no site or documentation changes at all.

I tried the FEATHER Blades and four others...
1 of 2 found this helpful Sorry but this blade is simply overrated. Two shaves and the Feather blade was DONE. I do not have a tough or thick beard and I don't go for days without a shave. About the same time I ordered 100 PERSONNA blades and that blade is simply superior and a MUCH better value. NO drag, NO resistance and no discomfort from the PERSONNA at all. Decide for yourself.
