dissappointed

I purchased the printer to replace the same model for ,my wife. It tested great but when printing a sheet of text, it have two strips of ink voids up and down the sheets. I purchased new ink and it did the same. I ended up giviing her my printer (same model) so that she who be happy. So I have two printers sitting up awaiting me taking the time learning to fix them. I still use this printer to printed some things but mostly to scan documents to my thumb drives.
