An impactful and updated guide for all aspects of church management
For over twenty-five years, the Church Administration and Finance Manual has served well as an authoritative and all-inclusive resource for individual pastors and priests, all levels of church management, and as a textbook in seminaries. Its scope encompasses every business and finance challenge faced by both the Catholic Church and all Protestant denominations. Responding to an expressed need from all of these groups, two of the three original authors, Mr. Stan Kukawka and Col. Otto Crumroy, together with myself, Dr. Paul Witman, as lead author, have published a revised and updated version of the Church Administration and Finance Manual. The original lead author was the Rev. Dr. Frank Witman, my father. All four of us relied upon our respective decades of pastoral, church, industry, and government management and leadership experience to originate and to now revise and update every chapter of the Manual and to add dozens of new sections concerning today’s new challenges.
The original version of the Manual has sold more than 14,000 copies. To date, hundreds of copies of this revised and updated version of the Manual have already been sold. It is now in the hands of both the ordained and lay church leaders charged with building and strengthening Christ’s church and its ministries. We see the Manual as our contribution to that mission and as the most impactful thing we have done in our respective careers. We unreservedly commend it to you.
