Sony for Life
Sony has never let me down. I bought my first single disc player in 1987, it finally gave up the ghost in 2004. That Sony endured constant use (every day) for the first ten years and more of it's life. Beyond that, regular weekly usage. I've burned through numerous multi-disc players, of various brands, but the Sony kept rolling on. As far as I'm concerned, these early Sony's live. This piece is continued proof of that.

Not just for bikes.
Very nice product. I've had the Ivation bicycle speaker for a month now, no problems. My use for this product is different from the suggested usage. I'm a forklift operator and have the Ivation attached to my truck. The velcro straps attach easily to the wire mess, or overhead canopy. The battery supply is excellent, it will always outlast an eight hour day (I usually recharge before the battery is dead). The sound quality and volume is very good. I have both my MP3 and memory stick plugged in.
NOTE : The units functionality works differently for both. When using the USB connected memory stick, the front controls on the Ivation are fully functional. When using the MP3, only the volume control operates on the Ivation, all other functions do not. You need to operate your MP3 manually. I've read a comment that the volume comes busting out at full volume on each song, I've not found this to be be the case. For me the volume remains constant throughout.
The one issue I do have, as been previously mentioned in reviews, is the 3.5 connector cord. If you are looking to purchase the Ivation I suggest you buy the angled 3.5 cord for your MP3 etc. The supplied patch cord will bend and eventually fail with use. A design flaw.
The only other quirk I've really found is in the case itself. The bags interior has a pouch that is supported with elastic straps, which I found to be unnecessary. I removed the straps so the pouch fell flat, creating more space, but that's me.
All in all. A good buy. Good product. Looking forward to Mach II version.

Excellent Zippo. The graphics are good and the finish is amazing! Pictures do not do it justice. Very happy.
