  The item I bought was exactly what was advertised. I was happy about the purchase because the price was good, and the item was in pretty good shape! My only frustration was it took a little longer than expected to ship to my house, but that is most likely due to the fact that there has been bad snow storms during the time it was being shipped and also a holiday. So it’s understandable that it took a little bit longer to receive.

  The item was not in pristine condition as described. The original box was very weathered and the left decorative planter/torch on top of the building was broken off. Fortunately, I was able to reglue it back on. The seller's pictures showed the planter/ torch attached, however, it was not received that way.
