That this person doesn’t just rely on the automated eBay actions. The sandal, Chaco, is much different than previous Teva, and is a thing for learning. I am happy with the condition and shipping and description, such that this person who is the seller did what is the best of what is expected of a good merchant and then a little bit more, of ethic and management of the transaction. I am not sure what it’s like when it’s wrong...

When I let them know they arrived in that condition the only response was to send a shipping label. I returned the items in the same packaging I received it in.
