    Seller was good. Fed EX is a problem. The seller shipped fast and product was descibed correctly. Fed Ex damaged the headlights in shipping, Seller is trying to make it right. Fed Ex should compensate the seller. Damage was minor and I was able to fix most of the problems, but someone with less experience might have had to return the product.

    Issue was not with the item but the seller. The shipping was delayed by a week and told the seller I no longer wanted the pen because I needed it but a specific date. The seller ignored my request to cancel shipment (asking me to be patient) and allowed for the package to be delivered anyway. Not that the item has arrived they sent me a return label and expect me to take the large item to a FedEx return site. I will never do business with this seller again.
