1 of 1 found this helpful Having seen a couple of interesting and very tasty recipes in The Sun newspaper I sent off for this book. It did not disappoint. The recipes are simple to follow, quite economical and only require basic kitchen equipment. Some do however need a long cooking period, but they are certainly worth trying. The author assumes a good range of spices and fresh herbs will be available but anyone who makes their own curries will probably have them anyway.
The quality of the paper is good as are the photos and size of print. It is not a large bulky book and fits into a small slot. The instructions are so clear that it is suitable for a novice in the kitchen as well as experienced cooks. I would thoroughly recommend this book.
