Lactose Free Drops
These lactase enzyme drops are the best and most inexpensive on the market. If they weren't I would be buying some other product that is. I usually use 50 drops for each gallon I treat for 24 hours, or 1 day. I have used 20 drops for 72 hours, or 3 days. Either way, it is cheaper than buying lactose free milk at retail prices. You can buy this product with confidence. I highly recommend it to the most severe sufferers of Colitis...

Helps me sleep
Using 5mg tabs of melatonin, I used to take 25-30 pills each night to sleep. Now I use 2 Power to Sleep PM and off to sleep I go.
