JVC HA-RX700 HIGH GRADE FULL SIZE HEADPHONES

Excellent product
Comfortable ear pads that fit well. Very good quality of sound due to the 50mm drivers. Good reproduction of both bass and upper frequencies. Long cord is an advantage.
2000 Watt 10 Channel Professional Powered Mixer power mixing Amplifier Amp

A little gem with a qwirk or two
I am very pleased with the purchase and I do not hesitate to recommend it for most live reinforcement applications. That said, be aware that the 16 built-in effects are very "subtle" and make little to no audible difference. However, because I have never used effects for my gigs this is not a drawback at all. The USB/MP3 player is useful but when using it channel 10 is dedicated to it and any mic or other line input is cut out. In other words, its not 10 channels plus USB/MP3 but 10 channels including USB/MP3. Again this is not a drawback for me since I'm using only 8 channels for mics. I have not yet found a way to switch between folders of MP3 files on the USB stick. If the MP3 files are copied on to the stick without putting them in groups of files then you can simply cycle through the track numbers and hit play when you get to the one you want. I'm using my Zoom H2N device for playback and running it into channel 9's line input. Works great and I can have all my MP3s grouped in files. If you're familiar with the Zoom recorders then you know how the process works. I suspect other record/playback devices would work in similar fashion. There is no separate powered, controllable monitor send. The send/return pair which exists is for an external effects module you may wish to use. However, you can run that Send into a separate amp and then on to monitors. That necessitates lugging a second amp but if you need independently controllable monitors off this board then that may be your only option. If anyone figures out a better way please let me know! The instruction manual is, well... not very helpful at all. However, if you have some basic experience with sound you should have little trouble. Be brave and have fun figuring out some of the details. The board is definitely worth purchasing.

Double Tom Drum Stand with Cymbal Mount Arm Boom Duel Percussion Hardware

Good product and value
Purchased two stands to use with four toms ranging from 8x10 to11x14. The stands are working well. They are not heavy duty Pearls or Tamas but they are well balanced, sturdy, fully adjustable, and able to do the job...if you don't over-play the drums. I use them in a 10 member percussion ensemble and they are doing well. I would recommend this product with the understanding that it is not for extremely heavy playing.
