Gloss Black Touch-Up Paint Pen for Cameras Guns Scopes & Lenses Birchwood Casey

Used it on my Nikon D4

I have never had any luck with touch up pens made for cars, which are constructed much like the Super Black touch up pen. The paint from the car touch up pens always ooze out and always difficult to control in the flow and amount of paint being applied. The Super Black is different, the ink does not run, the ink coats the blemished spots evenly and easily. Thanks to the chisel head I have a great deal of control over how much and the exact spot where the paint is applied. The pen was used on my heavily blemished Nikon D4. Although the colour did not blend in 100%, that could have been my fault as I should have bought the Matt finish pen too. The gloss paint was hardly noticeable at the bottom cover (battery) area, while it was more noticeable near the top cover as the cover is more of a dull finish so a matt finish would have been more appropriate. I am very happy with the result nonetheless and will be buying the Matt finish pen to try it out.
