Filters usage is a scam,
0 of 1 found this helpful These filters are based on how many times you open the door, not how much water passes through the filter. Check with the 800 number, but the filter lasts way, way longer than the refrigerator would Indicate.
The instructions say to cycle a gallon through filter to remove gas in the line. I tested by replacing the filter resetting to %100 and not clearing the air out. Then avoided the water through the door for a week.
After a week the filter was already down to 90% !!
Point is, disregard that filter indicator percentage and reset at least twice. Great way to sell filters and waste money replacing a half used filter.

Upgrade firmware before you install
Works great but save old wifi adapter drivers on a USB port to access internet on that old machine. I deleted old drivers and had to download from website drivers and sneaker ware over the driver from modern laptop to old boat anchor.
After all that, I was prompted to update A6200 firmware but I'm running vista OS and could not find adapter after the upgrade. I had to uninstall and reinstall Don't upgrade firmware I'd running old OS!!
Comes with nice usb stand if connecting to a tv without built in wifi.

Awesome HUGE coffee maker- Quality made, excellent coffee, bargain priced
Solid coffee machine, I like the capacity and it makes and keeps the coffee hot. I dont use the programmable feature, rather use fresh water that let it sit in the coffee maker all night, so never bothered to set the clock. The top snaps over the coffee grounds for uniform water dripping. I recommend when coffee is done brewing to unsnap the top as it relieves the pressure on the spring that stops dripping while pouring. My last Mr Coffee, coffee maker the spring broke and water was pumped into the coffee filter faster than the drip into the pot!
