Sturdy and well made
I only gave it a three because for me it's too sharp/pointy. I have a tremor in my right hand so I stab myself too often.
Not the products fault at all. So it's a 5 for non shaky people...3 for people with tremors.

Best cold product I’ve used.
Great product. I first tried while traveling Germany when I came down with a stuffy nose and sore throat. I can’t use over the counter products.
I was amazed at how quick the Sinupret worked.
