The Best book I have read on this topic
1 of 1 found this helpful This a practical, concise book on living a life free of the diseases prevalent in our society currently feasting on the Western Diet. I could honestly say that a person could add years to their life by following the principles Dr. Nedley has presented. Not just years - but high quality years. Go for it!

Cannot be Trusted.
1 of 1 found this helpful 3 tires went flat because these caps leaked. Do NOT apply to high pressure tires!! I purchased 12 of these caps and replaced all of them ( on a van and two cars) as I could not trust them to hold pressure. To good to be true - or trusted.
