Wicked Sharp but not for Prolonged Cutting
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a nice little knife. It takes a wicked sharp edge with good retention. As a friction folder, it feels very safe in the hand. The one drawback is that the handle material is 0.5mm thick stamped sheet metal with the inside edge rather sharp where is was cut. In use, the open side of the handle is uncomfortable to grip tightly. For light cutting normally associated with a small pocket knife, that is not a problem. For prolonged harder use, it will cause some discomfort. I hit that inner edge with some 220 grit emery cloth to knock down the edge- much better.

Perfect for any Barbeque
This spice is great as a rub on steaks, pork chops, chicken or just sprinkled on burgers. Reminds us of the famous barbecue chicken dinners at the Kane county Flea markets in Illinois.
