Through the years I have purchased, and used many knives , straight edge and folders. What stands out is edge quality, handle, corrosion resistance, blade length, balence in using the knife in various daily tasks. Small knives complete small tasks, middle size knives 3”,4”5” complete more woods edc task. Large, heavy bladed complete more of a survival type tasks , shelter building, chopping, processing fire wood, this knife falls into that realm. Very good sheath as well with snap attachments for your pack, belt carry or mollie vest . Any of the Lionsteel knives will serv your edc, outdoor needs admirable.
